During the summer of 2017, we're meeting together on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 p.m. for an hour of structured exercise in Calvary's gym. High or low level total body workouts include cardio, toning, and strength training, all while refreshing our spirits with Christian music. - Bring a mat or a towel, a water bottle, and hand weights (Calvary has a limited supply of weights and mats available for your use) and come early to get your gear set up. We start on time!
