Forever Fit Spring Session

We all agree that physical fitness is significant, but we believe that our spiritual health is of utmost importance for this life and for eternity. Each session, the leadership creates a 60-minute full body workout (including cardio, kickboxing, squats, arms, legs, glutes and abs) to upbeat Christian music to fuel both physical and spiritual health. We have adaptable workouts designed for you to take it to the level that challenges you the most.
Spring 2022: Monday. April 4 – Friday, June 3 (9 weeks)
M/W/F: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
M/TH: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Please keep in mind, changes may occur to the schedule and we will keep you updated.
All classes are FREE and open to ladies junior high age and above. Mats and free weights are needed for class (a small supply is available for use or you may bring your own).
