Adult Ministries Coordinator
Calvary Community Church is seeking an Adult Ministries Coordinator to support the Associate Pastor of Discipleship. This relational and administrative role helps adults take meaningful next steps, from first visit to deeper involvement.
Due to the role’s direct leadership in women’s discipleship and care, and consistent with the religious beliefs of
Calvary Community Church, this position is open to qualified women.

The Ideal Candidate
Someone who loves Jesus, cares deeply about people, and finds joy in helping others belong and grow. She is relational and organized, comfortable coming alongside pastoral leadership to support established vision, and energized by equipping volunteers and strengthening ministry systems.
She values collaboration, handles details with care, and sees behind-the-scenes coordination as meaningful kingdom work that helps discipleship flourish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Associate Pastor of Discipleship
- Ensure a welcoming first impression and effective assimilation process
- Recruit, equip, and support volunteer leaders
- Coordinate and lead women’s discipleship initiatives and events
Key Qualifications
- Active, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Experience in church ministry or adult discipleship leadership
- Strong organizational, communication, and relational skills
