Week 7 — Living On Mission: Compassionate Cultivator
A Compassionate Cultivator is a mature disciple of Jesus who loves others deeply, invests relationally, and makes disciples who make disciples. The ultimate example of this is Jesus Himself. He modeled a way of life for His followers—entering relationships intentionally, living with compassion, and pointing people to the Father.
Day 43: Monday – A Compassionate Cultivator Loves God and Loves People
“We love because he first loved us. Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister.” – 1 John 4:19–21
- Key Thought: To be a disciple of Christ, we must love God and love all people.
- Prayer Focus: God, help me love You fully and love others the way You love me.
Day 44: Tuesday -A Compassionate Cultivator Loves Those who are hard to love
“My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.” – John 15:12
- Key Thought: We are called to love others just as Christ has loved us.
- Prayer Focus: Father, help me see people through Your eyes and show compassion, even to those who are hard to love.
Day 45: Wednesday – A Compassionate Cultivator Initiates
“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works.” – Hebrews 10:24
- Key Thought: God has placed people in your life to encourage, equip, and share the gospel with.
- Prayer Focus: Father, bring to mind those You want me to pursue with intentional love and gospel encouragement.
Day 46: Thursday – A Compassionate Cultivator Invites
“Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.” – 1 Corinthians 11:1
- Key Thought: Compassionate cultivators follow Christ closely and invite others to follow their example.
- Prayer Focus: Lord, help me faithfully follow You and courageously invite others to walk with me in that journey
Day 47: Friday – A Compassionate Cultivator Equips Others
“We proclaim Him, admonishing every person and teaching every person with all wisdom, so that we may present every person complete in Christ. For this purpose I also labor, striving according to His power which works mightily within me.” – Colossians 1:28–29
- Key Thought: What you have learned about Christ, share with others so they may grow.
- Prayer Focus: Father, give me boldness and wisdom to equip others with the truth of Your Word.
Day 48: Saturday – A Compassionate Cultivator Multiple
“You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful people who will be able to teach others also.” – 2 Timothy 2:1–2
- Key Thought: Disciples are called to make disciples who make more disciples.
- Prayer Focus: God, help me to invest in others who will, in turn, invest in others for the sake of Your kingdom.
Day 49: Sunday
I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord!”

Gathering together for worship is a joyful privilege.
- Key Thought: I can be excited to go and worship the lord!
- Prayer Focus: That God would prepare my heart for worshiping him today!
